Luke is scared and harmless youth who lives in New Pork City. His fear of scary things makes me not very good at battling. But with people he trusts, he can battle fine with them. Luke learns very weak PSi and can hardly learn them unless somebody teaches him. Luke uses more of PSi Attacks, and a side of assist. Luke often goes to the theater and watches the movie 'Earthbound' and goes to the arcade often. Luke can be useful, if he knows the people well.
